The research on the success factors in the disabled entrepreneurs

Abstract
Entrepreneurship provided of the better economic opportunities to people with disabilities. This study analyses the effects of entrepreneurial competence, individual factors, support factors on business performance of people with disabilities. The aim was to examine factors of having influence on startup success of the handicapped.
This study has surveyed the persons with disability who start-up business. The data have been collected by questioning 154 persons. This study using reliability test, factor analysis and multi regression.
The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the entrepreneurial competence(psychological characteristics, skills) had the effects on business performance. Second, individual factors(employment experience, disability grade) the effects on business performance. Third, government support factors have the positive effects on business performance.
Based on the results of this study, alternatives for promoting foundation of people with disabilities were proposed. This study provides us with actual condition of founders of people with disabilities and another knowledge about needs for support system of self-employment.
